Our produced JYWQ type automatic stirring sewage pump product features anti-sediment stirring technology that generates high-speed vortices around the pump and at the pool bottom, preventing debris from settling and allowing it to be drawn into the pump and discharged. It achieves the stirring function without rotating parts, and the channels for stirring high-pressure water are equipped with multiple special filtration devices for impurities, ensuring no clogging and maintaining stirring effectiveness. It also solves the problem of the rotor being entangled by fibrous rope-like materials during pump operation, which can burn out the motor.

To prevent sediment from accumulating at the bottom of the pool and avoid the need for cleaning, the industry currently employs two types of stirring functions in pumps:

1. A small auxiliary impeller is installed below the main pump impeller. The pressure generated by this auxiliary impeller does not effectively stir debris; instead, it consumes the pump motor's power and is prone to tangling debris around the impeller.

2. A hole is drilled at the center of the impeller blocking the rotor shaft, with a T-shaped stirring head installed below. Pressure water from the pump cavity is sprayed around the sewage pool through the central hole of the shaft and the stirring head. This structure can lead to clogging of the water flow holes by sewage impurities, resulting in no stirring effect, and the stirring head can become entangled by fibrous rope-like materials during rotation, burning out the motor.

Three additional flushing water pipes are installed under the pump base. The stirring function relies on the water pressure delivered by the automatic stirring sewage pump to flush and stir the sediment around the pump, suspending it before it is discharged by the sewage pump, without affecting flow rate or head.

7. Motor stator uses Class B and F insulation, with built-in thermal protectors that activate upon motor overload or overheating, providing comprehensive protection for the pump and motor.

9. Features an internal circulation cooling system, allowing the pump to operate normally at low water levels in the pool.

Precautions for JYWQ Type Automatic Stirring Sewage Pump：

(1) Before operation, use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground; it must not be less than 50 megohms.

(2) Check the cable for damage or breakage. Replace if damaged to prevent electric leakage; the cable cross-section should match the current.

(3) Do not start the pump if the voltage exceeds ±10% of the rated voltage.

(4) Always ground the earth wire in the four-core cable during use to prevent electric shock accidents.

(5) When submerging the pump, lift it vertically; do not place it horizontally on the ground or allow it to sink into sludge. After use, lift and clean the pump, store it in a dry place, and protect it from freezing.

(6) Do not use the cable as a lifting rope.

(7) Check the rotor rotation direction; viewed from above, it should rotate clockwise.

(8) Outdoor switches or terminals should have rain and moisture protection. Do not touch the switch with wet hands or bare feet to prevent electric shock.

(9) When moving the pump, cut off the power. Do not contact water sources while the pump is running to avoid electric shock accidents.

(10) Do not operate the motor with a missing phase. If a fuse blows, check the cause before continuing; do not arbitrarily use thicker fuses.

(11) During operation, have专人 manage the pump. If any abnormality is detected, stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. (Applies when not equipped with a fully automatic protection cabinet)

(12) After six months of normal operation under specified conditions, check the oil chamber seal. If the oil appears milky or has water沉淀, replace it promptly.

(13) Users should select the appropriate flow rate and head based on actual conditions for optimal performance. The parameters on the pump nameplate or manual are for standard conditions; users can operate within (0.7 to 1.2) times the flow rate. Do not exceed the flow rate, as excessive flow and low head can easily cause motor overload.

■ The pump should be managed and used by designated personnel, with regular checks on the insulation resistance between the motor winding and housing.

■ After each use with thick or viscous media, run the pump in clean water for several minutes to prevent internal sediment buildup and maintain pump cleanliness.
